Essay

Doped CrMn-alloys for replacement of parts of mining and metallurgical equipment. The development of the chemical composition and heat treatment parameters of wear-resistant alloys for replacement of parts of mining and metallurgical equipment. Metallographic, electron-microscopic and X-ray analysis. Tests of shock-abrasive wear resistance were performed on specially designed laboratory facility and the applicant in a production environment. The science-based developments in field of physical metallurgy and heat treatment of metals and solution of the actual scientific and technical problem of increase of wearing replaceable details durability of the mountain-metallurgical equipment. This problem is solved by development of chemical compounds and modes of heat treatment of new wear-resistant alloys of transitional (1,8 - 2,2 % C) class on the basis of systems Fe - C - Mn and Fe - C - Mn - Cr with a high complex of service properties and improvement of operating techniques of their manufacture.
