Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the synthesis of new sorbents on the base of silica gel using aromatic thiophenols, the research of their sorption activity in the relation to the noble metals ions and the development of effective methods of their sorption-spectroscopic and visual test determination. Combined methods of noble metals determination, using synthesized chemically modified silica gels, have been proposed on the basis of conducted researches results: test-determination of Pd(II), Au(ІІІ) and Pt(IV), solid-phase-sorption-photometric determination of Au(ІІІ) and Pt(IV), sorption-atomic-absorptive and sorption-emission determination of gold and palladium.
