Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the actual problems solving, such as safe and effective work of a firefighter with the hand water nozzle during the extinguishing of fires, accompanied by the heat emission over 4.2 kWt per square meter. The mathematical model, based on theoretical and experimental studies was developed. The model allows determining the coefficient of thermal radiation shielding. The coefficients of thermal radiation shielding, due to the thickness of heat flux shielding screen were experimentally determined.
