Rudavka N. Formation of the structural transformation strategy in urban economics

Research object: processes of structural transformations are to the economy of industrial city. Research purpose: theoretical generalization and development scientifically of methodical positions on forming of strategy of structural transformations to the economy of industrial city. Research methods: logical generalization, analysis of the systems, synthesis and comparison; cross-correlation-regressive analysis and economic and mathematical design; economic-statistical, graphic methods. Theoretical and practical results consist in deepening, subsequent development and improvement of theoretical and scientific positions at the ground of suggestions on development of strategy of structural transformations to the economy of industrial city. The applied value of the executed research is determined an address orientation. Recommendations are utillized in-process: Executive committee of Gorlovka city advice of the Donetsk area; To centrally-city administration of Gorlovka city advice of the Donetsk area; Fund of social security on the temporal loss of capacity of the Gorlovka city Executive management of the Donetsk regional branch; structural subdivision "Mine the name of A.I. Gaevogo" GP "Artemugol'" of Ministry of coal industry of Ukraine; in the educational process of Motor-car-travelling institute of State Higher Educational Establishment there is the "Donetsk national technical university" of Department of education and science of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: going is improved near determination of directions of structural transformations to the economy of industrial city and intensity (speeds) of structural transformations; receptions of analysis of social consequences of restructuring of economy and prognosis model of changes of structure of economy of industrial city from position of investment attractiveness of industries. Understanding of economy of industrial cities is extended and gradation of industrial cities is specified. World experience of structural transformations is generalized to the economy of industrial cities by the selection of five models. Position is developed in relation to providing of the balanced (proportional) use of resources in the economy of industrial city on the basis of creation of cluster and forming of the automated informative system. Dominants and proper instruments are certain in relation to forming of strategy of structural transformations to the economy of city. The sphere of the use is activity of Main administrations of economy of regional and city state administrations; enterprises; scientific establishments on the type of the advanced study; higher educational establishments.
