Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving the urgent scientific problem, which is to establish relationships between the parameters of the magnetic field and the change in yield and quality of potatoes. Dependences of biopotential changing and pH of potato from magnetic induction and magnetizability speed have been received . Based on the researces biopotential, biometric indicators and yield of potato es have changed mostly with dose 0.23 J o s/kg, so the most appropriate mode of magnetic treatment of potatoes before planting is the magnetic induction of 30 mT at a fourfold magnetizability and speed of conveyor belt 1 m/s . By modeling the magnetic field structural parameters of the device for magnetic treatment have determined and experimental studies of magnetic field which have shoun that deviations of magnetic induction in the working area of potatoes does not exceed 5%. Based on mathematical dependences of motor changes and speed during the time under changing the load voltage and rejected that differential speed conveyor when changing the load does not exceed 1%, while rejecting the voltage to 20% - 4% have been established. The results of production tests and the economic efficiency of electro-magnetic complex for processing potatoes have been highlighted
