Essay

An object is a multimotor electro-technological complex of high-homogeneous mixtures preparation. The purpose is providing of high- precision dosage and the support of asynchronous motors (AM) temperature balance, working in the non-standard complex operations modes, due to the rise of exactness, fast-acting and informing of the measuring system and AM state diagnostics, in the process of co-operation with the equipment. Methods are theoretical (methods of system analysis and mathematical modeling, methods of automated management system theory), and experimental (analysis of the AM starting amperage general aggregate selections, modeling results comparison with the graphic programming data and realization at the real complex). A novelty consists of further development of high- precision dosage methods and interfusion at co-operation of the system with an object and the new overheat AM defence method by stabilization of the AM temperature balance in real time. Results are the decided task of exactness increase and informing about the processes and gear state and moving to the higher level of management of the multimotor preparation of high-homogeneous mixtures at a burst performance electro-technological complex that is significant for improving the produced products quality. The scope is food industry.
