Essay

The thesis combines results of research of the transport and nonlinear properties of the two-dimensional electron crystal over liquid 4Не and dilute mixtures 3Не-4Не. The linear regime of the electron conductivity of electron crystal is firstly observed. In this regime the transport properties of the electron crystal do not depend on the driving field. It is shown that at weak nonlinearity conditions effective mass of electrons in the electron crystal increases as driving field growth due to anharmonisms of the electron-ripplon interaction. Dynamic transition in electron crystal is firstly observed on the absence of magnetic field. It is supposed that this transition is nonequilibrium melting.
