The purpose of the thesis is development methods and means of managing data transmission in wireless networks based on a more rational reallocation of bandwidth wireless channel for increasing the capacity of wireless networks, as well as reduce the time, decreasing of router's buffer memory utilization and packet loss. The Object of research is process of data transmission in wireless data network. The subject of research is methods and means of managing data transmission in a wireless network. The thesis is devoted to the problems related with decreasing of data transmission time in the wireless network. The problems are solved on the basis of consideration of traffic nature, influence of external factors and features of networks. The main results: new method for data transmission time decreasing in wireless network, which takes into account the availability and duration of router's processors overloading intervals, and allows increasing service rate for traffic in network; new method for bandwidth reallocation in wireless network, which takes into account fractal properties of information flows and probability density functions for their rate, which are conditioned by long-range correlative dependence, and the method is in controlling of data flows rate, which input to the bottleneck link of a network, basing on prediction results, that allows decreasing data transfer time in wireless network; modified method for decreasing of router's buffer memory utilization which is based on results of information flows dynamical control at router's input, and allows speeding up data transfer process in wireless network; modified method for parametric control of data transfer, which is based on dynamics of transport protocol parameters' characteristics change, that allows increasing of transport protocol's throughput. Key words: control, data transmission, wireless network, traffic, flow, queue, throughput, scale invariance, reallocation.
