Dіbrov V. Formation methodology development of regional innovative cluster

The object of study: the process of formation of innovation clusters in the region. The aim of study: the research and development of methodology of formation of innovation clusters in the region as an effective form of institutional management of innovation in the region and the development of practical measures for generation of innovation clusters which would help to find a solution onto tasks of modernization and technological development of the national economic system. Methods of study: systematic approach; dialectical approach; chronological and logical methods; method of scientific generalizations; statistical and comparative analysis; tabular and graphical methods. The practical significance of results lays in the fact that the proposals and practical recommendations contained in the present scientific work can be taken into account by: public institutions of government while innovative development strategy formation aimed onto the strengthening of the economic security; ministries and agencies while creation and implementation of innovative development of high-tech industrial complexes in Ukrainian regions, models and forecasts of growth of their innovative activity; scientists, scientific work of whose are related to the justification of economic models of innovation types, creation and implementation of integrated innovative structures, development of economic reforms that are based on the process of innovation processes efficiency improvement. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was the first time when a method of assessing the consistency of economic and management activities of regional innovation clusters was developed. Were implemented: theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept of innovation process; method of estimating of cluster formation effectiveness; the mechanism of financial and credit support (FCS) of cluster formations in the region; typological model of regional innovation system. Further developments have got: the process of basic classifications of innovation processes allocation; the classification of cluster integration structures; methods of innovative activities of regions rating; the concept of innovative clusters formation.
