The object of study: the processes of management in the region. The aim of the dissertation lays in the development of a model of organizational-economic mechanism of regulation of management in the region on the principles of the concept of structural transformation, regional management and improvement of appropriate infrastructure support. Methods of study: logic synthesis, system-analytical method, methods of analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, comparative analysis, systemic-structural analysis, mathematical modeling, object-oriented method, deductive method. The practical significance of results lays in the development of a model of organizational-economic mechanism of regulation of management in the region. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was the first time when a model of organizational-economic mechanism of regulation of management in the region was created and suggested. Were implemented: elements of organizational-economic mechanism of regulation of management in the region; infrastructural support of organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of management in the region. Further developments have got: theoretical positions of regulation of management in the region; factors which affect onto the implementation of regional management; the analysis of problems which necessitate the use of foreign experience on principles of openness and transparency of organizational and economic mechanism of regulation of management in the region; approaches to evaluations of the effectiveness of management activities in the region.
