Object - process of formation and use of marketing tools for stimulation of scientifically-technological development of region; the purpose - working out of a teoretiko-methodical basis of formation of a set of marketing tools for stimulation of scientifically-technological development of region; methods - statistical, structural, кластерного, the koreljatsionno-regressive, marketing analysis; mathematical modelling on a logic curve of the Pearl-rida and curve Gomperca; novelty - working out of a teoretiko-methodical basis of formation of a set of marketing tools for stimulation of scientifically-technological development of region; theoretical and practical results-application of workings out and recommendations will allow to create marketing system which will provide orientation of a science to requirements of social and economic development of region under condition of increase of efficiency of financing of a science for the account: Diagnostics of conformity of potential of a science to plans of social and economic development of region; workings out of the program of scientific researches that will give the chance to pass to innovative model of development of region; workings out of the program of development of region which will consist of technological and commodity innovations; introduction degree - Central administrative board of economy Odessa Regional state administration (№1083/11 from 16.05.2011), "The Odessa regional centre of innovative development" (№189 from 23.06.2010).
