Tymchak M. The Regulation of Insurance Entrepreneurship Development in the Region

In the dissertation different approaches to the rendering of the insurance enterprise categories of the region have been examined. Besides organizational and economical grounds of the system of it's regulation have been defined. The system of the regulation authorities enterprises of insurance in Ukraine has been also characterized. The analysis of the modern condition of the development and conditions of the regulations of the insurance enterprise it's differentiation in region's slitting of Ukraine have been performed. The regional approaches to the insurance enterprise regulation have been defined, which is based on the international experience. Besides model it's development in conditions of regulation has been made.
