Essay

The thesis is devoted to sorption properties of inorganic materials based on aluminum oxide and titanium dioxide, zirconium dioxide and tin dioxide. It was shown that based on the proposed method of synthesis and initial oxide components the introduction into the structure of the aluminum oxide leads to synergism of properties of sorption materials and allows for purposeful changing of acid-base properties of (hydr)oxide materials for charge-selective ion-exchange sorbents characterized with nanofibrous structure. It was shown promising application of materials for the removal of Cr (VI) from dilute solutions.
