Object - processing and transmission of digital images using the means of telecommunications. The purpose - development of the method of digital images compression without the loss of information. The subject - digital image compression method for increase of productivity of means of telecommunications. Methods - complex systems efficiency estimation theory; structural analysis of images; information theory and polyadic data representation. Results - a model for estimation of information content of images is developed on the basis of apertures detection with complete preservation of their information content; a method is developed for coding of the aperture uniform video sequence on the basis of the lexicography of context-sensitive combinatorial objects; the method of compression of images is developed without the loss of information on the basis of verification of aperture coding technology. It is introduced - in developmental work at the Outer Space Control Center of the SSAU National Space Facilities Control and Test Center; at the Central Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
