Essay

In the dissertation work on the basis of morphological, macro-, micro- and submicroscopic techniques and methods of research were studied the principles and features of the structure of intraorganic lymphatic duct of caecum, colon and rectum of domestic dog, domestic swine, domestic bull. We obtained data concerning the distribution of lymph vessels and capillaries in the mucosa, muscular and serous tunics of caecum, colon and rectum of investigated animals. This allowes to better understand the supply and diversion of lymph in different parts of the large intestine, to link up them with the physiology of digestion in this organ and to compare with data concerning domestic animals with different types of digestion and nutrition. It was found that in the caecum and colon of investigated animals dominate medium diameter vessels, and in the rectum dominate small diameter lymphatic vessels. The submicroscopic analysis of lymph capillaries of the large intestine of investigated animals allowed to establish that the structure of their endotheliocytes generally is the same, but they differ in the method of metabolic and transport activity. This paper presents many illustrations of macro-, micropreparations, tables of morphometric parameters of intraorganic lymphatic canal of the large intestine of investigated animals, and shows the structure of endotheliocyte on a large number of electron-diffraction patterns. The features of mitochondrions and micropinocytic vesicles structure of caecum, colon and rectum of domestic dog, pig, bull were investigated.
