Essay

The thesis is devoted to improve the accuracy of modeling radial mechanical constructions. This thesis provides a theoretical justification of working modes of radial mechanical constructions obtained model wedge gaps infinite length, the source of lubricating fluid and without source, models of radial sliding bearings infinite, finite length, with a source of lubricating fluid and without it. Reasonably specific boundary conditions for the Reynolds equation for the case simulation mode structures with a fixed position of the line centers moving parts. New methods of determination of radial pressure and modeling of mechanical constructions provided. Using of modeling techniques derived distribution of hydrodynamic pressure for establishing criteria for maximum allowable radial wear of mechanical constructions.
