The object of research - processes digital information flows at the lower levels of distributed computer systems and the construction of quasi-statistical and logical cluster information models for diagnosing pre-emergency and emergency state control objects; subject of research - software and hardware diagnostic computerized quasi facilities management; novelty - developed a method for constructing the cluster model with correlation characteristics for the diagnosis of quasi objects, allowing to extend the functionality and efficiency of diagnosing special processor; The methods of diagnosis based on the quasi-steady logical Statistical Information Management Object Model, which expanded the functionality of special processor diagnose and improve performance; further developed the method of encoding the states of control objects on the basis of the Galois field codes that will reduce the amount of information flow in the lower levels of distributed computing systems by eliminating the additional codes; he methods of diagnosis of multi-channel quasi-stationary objects on the basis of the basis Christenson and modular logic-time transformations, which allows more precise differentiation of normal pre-emergency and emergency states of objects.
