The thesis is devoted to the development of a system of functional-unit-tion design packaging machines, and use it to solve the problem of optimizing the structure of machinery functional modular structure for packing solids. Modeling of the structure by using the developed technique of decomposition of service functions, and views "and-or" tree-functional modular structure of the machine. Optimization structure synthesis machinery involves synthesis valid options structure and search among them best, that is according to the proposed strategies to address the problem.
