Essay

The aim of the give thesis is to solve scientific and applied problem of creation of sensorless switched reluctance motor (without position sensor) based on the fuzzy sets theory. It was proven that indirect algorithm for estimation the angle of the rotor position allows one to build switched reluctance motor without rotor position sensor, which by its qualitative characteristics stands up to traditional switched reluctance motor in different operating modes. The approach of structural synthesis of fuzzy-estimator allowed to reduce the rule base several times. On the basis of the research the structure of fuzzy estimator that can be used for a variety of switched reluctance motors is proposed.
