Object of study: the formation and development of regional business incubator type, due to the intensification of interaction regionalization, integration and globalization in the economic area of Ukraine, the purpose of the research: study of theoretical foundations to develop the concept of formation and development of business incubators and regional type of practical recommendations for its implementation on a practical level in terms of dynamic changes in the environment management; Methods: Theory of functional and structural organization of systems theory innovation, marketing, methods of mathematical statistics and comparative factor analysis method of peer reviews, group, functional cost analysis and design, strategic planning, cluster analysis, theoretical and practical development: New scientific and practical inter-regional approach to business incubation, relevant in the intensification of spatial integration and globalization of the economy, improved theoretical approaches to determining the nature, structure and classification of business incubators under the proposed criteria; built network model regional business incubator, which, unlike existing, developed on the basis of the cluster approach, adapted to the system parameters central macro, improved strategic approaches to the development of regional business incubator type on the basis of the potential of its functioning; investigated methodical approach to evaluating the economic effectiveness of the management and commercialization of innovative projects in the area of business structures, approaches to the analysis of the trends shaping and evaluating the quality of the business environment in the economical area of Ukraine developed models of interregional business incubator type, proved the desirability of establishing a business incubator regional type, based on the holistic development of the economic system macro; formed concept of a business incubator in the Central regional type macro, the degree of implementation: General Directorate of Investment and Innovation Policy, Entrepreneurship and Foreign Relations CHODA, CSTU, ONEU, MSU, the scope of use: creating business incubators interregional type in the macro.
