Essay

The nature of complexes appeared in Si single-crystals with different initial parameters after their heat treatment at 450°С is established. The influence of heat treatment at 450°С and further cooling on the magnetic receptivity of the samples of mono-Si is investigated. The dependence magnetic susceptibility of the samples of plastically deformed Si single-crystals with different degree of deformation is experimentally obtained and analyzed. The modeling of the results obtained is performed in the framework of Langevin superparamagnetism. The spectrum of dislocation of photoluminescence of the samples of plastically deformed Si single-crystals with different degree of deformation and different initial parameters is investigated.
