Essay

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of functioning of spin-crossover systems which interact with environment. We develop the theoretical approach of such interaction which allow to obtain the state diagrams of spin-crossover system based on stochastic differential equation, where the stochastic processes describe the environmental noise action. By using the mean first passage time technic in Kramers-like approximation the lifetime and time of escape from metastable state in presence of white and color noise action with Gaussian distribution was calculated. It was established the decreasing of escape time with growing all three parameters. For the Ising-like finite-size system with infinitely long-range interaction the theory of nonequilibrium dynamics due to contact with heat bath was built.
