Pushkareva Y. Clinical-pathogenetic value of oligoelements in the environment and in organism of patients with psoriatic arthritis

The object of the research is the microelementosis at psoriatic arthritis (PA) and the oligoelements in an environment; the purpose of the research was to prove clinical-pathogenetic value of the microelementosis in the organism of patients with PA and the influence of some oligoelements in an environment on the course of the disease and the efficiency of treatment of such category of patients, the methods of research were the following: clinical, roentgenological, ultrasonographical, atomabsorbspectrometrical, statistical; the novelty and results were the following: the connection of clinical, roentgenological, ultrasonographical and densitometrical signs of arthral syndrome and the level of essential and toxic oligoelements in the whey of blood and hair of patients with PA, microelement state of environment of the areas of residence of patients was exposed first time, meaningfulness of the microelementosis in the pathogenetic constructions of defeat of some peripheral joints, sacroileal coarticulations and spine, and also structural bone-articular lesions was proved, influence of some oligoelements in an environment and in the organism of patients on efficiency of medical measures was proved, on the basis of them criteria were selected, which allow to forecast the course of disease and the efficiency of further medical measures, the most rational medical technology of the therapy of the arthropatia was developed; introductions were executed: in clinical practice of rheumatological department of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, in Donetsk region and city skin-venerologic dispensaries, to the therapeutic clinic of SO "Institute of the urgent and restorative surgery named after V. K. Gusak NAMS of Ukraine", Donetsk diagnostic center "Biotic medicine", and also in the pedagogical process of the Donetsk national medical university named after M. Gorki, Kharkov national medical university, Dnepropetrovsk medical academy of MH of Ukraine, an application region is : treatment-diagnostic process of the rheumatological, therapeutic, dermatological departments, scientific and pedagogical processes of the departments of the therapeutic type of medical educational establishments.
