Sosnovska O. Clinical-pathogenetic value of the endothelial vessels disfunction at patients with psoriatic arthritis

The object of the research was the endothelial vessel function (EVF) at psoriatic arthritis (PA), a purpose was to define the clinical-pathogenetic value of endothelial vessel disfunction (EVD) at PA, to evaluate the quality of diagnostics, treatment and prognosis of the course of pathological process at such patients; the methods were clinical, roentgenological, ultrasonographicalimmunoferment, biochemical, statistical the novelty and results were the following: the condition of EVF was measured at patients with the different forms of a skin psoriasis and PA depending on their sex and age at the first time, the role of initial parameters of EVD in the pathogenesis of disease and efficiency of further treatment of patients with PA was proved, the dynamic of the parameters of EVF during the pathogenetic therapy was measured, on the basis of that the most rational medical technology was developed with the ground of application of poliphermental mixtures of system enzymotherapy and stimulators of synthesis of nitrogen oxide, forecast criteria for the estimation of the course of pathological process and efficiency of therapy of disease were selected; introductions were executed: in clinical practice of rheumatological department of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, in Donetsk region and city skin-venerologic dispensaries, to the therapeutic clinic of SO "Institute of the urgent and restorative surgery named after V. K. Gusak NAMS of Ukraine", Donetsk diagnostic center "Biotic medicine", and also in the pedagogical process of the Donetsk national medical university named after M. Gorki, Kharkov national medical university, Dnepropetrovsk medical academy of MH of Ukraine, an application region is : treatment-diagnostic process of the rheumatological, therapeutic, dermatological departments, scientific and pedagogical processes of the departments of the therapeutic type of medical educational establishments.
