Object of research - working processes in hydropneumatic units of agricultural machines. Purpose of research - increase of a technological level of hydropneumatic units via improvement of a method of structural synthesis, mathematical modeling of working process of the valve with proportional control with improvement of dynamic characteristics. Methods of research - fundamental aspects of the theory of mechanics of liquid and gas, thermodynamics and structural synthesis were used. Dynamic parameters of the valve with proportional control of the hydropneumounit were determined with the help of mathematical models, using the theory of thermodynamics and the structural analysis of hydropneumounits. Real dynamic indicators and quality of transients of hydropneumounits with proportional control were tested experimentally on prototypes. Theoretical and practical results - for machine-building branch are connected with use of reserves of increase of a technological level of agricultural machines with the combined pneumatichydraulic systems at the expense of synthesis of rational schemes. The developed mathematical models of working process of the valve with proportional control and methods of schemes developing taking into account ambiguity of splitting of entrance sequence are base for design of the effective valve equipment, rational hydraulic schemes and improvement of existing hydropneumounits. Novelty - mathematical models of working process of control systems and a method of design of the combined hydropneumounits of agricultural machines taking into account ambiguity of splitting of entrance sequence are developed. The mathematical model of working process of the hydrounit with the valve with proportional control taking into account speed of the block of electrohydraulic management and dynamic characteristics of the hydroequipment which is used in hydrounits of agricultural machines is synthesized. The technique of an assessment of functionality of valves with proportional control that provides speed and accuracy of processing of an operating signal is improved.
