In dissertation the teoretiko-methodical aspects of investment activity are analysed at regional level. The necessity of development of mechanisms of bringing in of investments is well-proven for the economy of region. Certainly basic going near classification of investments. The methodical going is analysed near determination of economic evaluation of mechanisms of bringing in of investments in the economy of region. The estimation of the modern state of bringing in of investments is carried out in the economy of the Nikolaev region.
