Semenov D. Formation and development of political, trade and economic cooperation between Russia and Latin America in the 1992-1999's.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the processes and substance formation, development and results of political and economic trade cooperation between Russian and Latin America in the 1992-1999's. In paper set preconditions cooperation between Russia and Latin America, which emerged at the turn of 1980-1990's The author traces the process of Latin American Foreign Policy of the Russian Federation in 1992-1999's, he also described the formation, development and results of Russian-Brazilian and Russian-Argentine cooperation in politycal and trade-economic spheres in the 1992-1999's. Cooperation between Russia and Latin America in the 1990's is considered as an integral part of modern international relations that arose because of fundamental changes at the turn of the 1980-1990's.
