Purpose: forming of the cadastre providing of land-tenure on the basis of ground teoretiko-methodical positions of creation and functioning of base processes of the use of the landed resources, including research of essence of cadastre process, him real objektiv and reflection of them spatially high-quality descriptions, and also principles of adjusting of modern land-tenure. Research objekt: process of land-tenure and allocation of the landed resources of Ukraine. Article of research: teoretiko-methodical position and practical recommendations in relation to forming of the cadastre providing of land-tenure for determination of efficiency of the use earth resource to potential of country and organizationally economic terms of mechanism of management the landed resources. Research methods: dialectical, abstractly logical, comparative analysis, graphic, statistical, calculation-structural, analytical, structurally logical. It is improved: it is methodical approach and methods of application of complex cadastre indexes at the economic use of the landed resources, which, unlike existing, takes into account regional features naturally resource and the socio-economic state of territories, that allows to form computer-integrated spatially high-quality descriptions, presented in the documents of legal status of ob''ektiv, registers of the real estate, bases given, to settle the landed relations, carry out the quantitative estimation of earth; are theoretical positions of base processes of the use of the landed resources as the unique system of measures which are created vital necessities and realized complex activity from the territorial forming adjusting and development of land-tenure, that allows to take into account the of a particular branch structure of region; - conceptual going near the landed legislation and priority directions of development of territorial and vnutrishnegospodarskogo organization of the use of land are offered in Ukraine, taking into account the regional features of the use of the landed resources, which allowed to discover the unevenness of development of industries of economy at regional level. o forming and use of mechanisms of making decision to the structure of distributing of the landed fund, taking into account features territorial position of Ukraine, leading role of the landed fund as one of important resources of the state which comes forward the primary factor of production and original foundation of regional development. It is offered: to perfect normatively technical document for determination of ekologo-ekonomichnogo ground of expedience of separate types of economic activity.
