Moroz D. Features of development of dysplastic hip joint after extraarticularcorrection of proximal part of femur in children of pre- school and junior school age

The thesis is devoted to study and treatment of hip joints dysplasia in children of pre-school age and junior school age depend on dysplastic hip joint forming and degree of hip joint maturity. Working classification of dysplastic hip joint has been developed. Definition of degree maturity of hip joint with dysplasia has been carried out depend on sex and the type of joint development in accordance with Oxford method in comparison with intact hip joints. Influence of dysplastic cavity on corrected proximal femur has been determined including correction of proximal part of femur on the stage of cavity development. The algorithm of treatment of hip joints dysplasia in children of pre-school and junior school age has been developed and proposed depend on the type of joint development and hip joint maturity.
