Essay

In the thesis the results of theoretical studies of the diffusion processes in solid and liquid 3Не - 4Не mixtures are presented. The kinetics of growth of the new phase nuclei is considered for the first time in the case of separation of solid helium mixtures with taking into account the diffusion processes in a crystal matrix as well as inside the nucleus of new phases. The estimations for diffusion coefficient in a whole concentration interval are obtained. It is shown that the contribution of boundary effects at kinetics of the mixture separation can be obtained from comparison of theoretical and experimental data. For the first time thermodynamic features of liquid mixtures are analyzed under conditions of restricted geometry.
