Essay

This thesis provides solution for scientific task of data- and software design for structure synthesis of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). In this thesis engineering database architecture was developed, which will store information about structural elements of MEMS. If compared with the existing database architectures, the proposed one consists of four hierarchical levels of MEMS components, typical templates for microsystems structures and ensures accomplishment of computer-aided synthesis design procedure on each of the hierarchical levels.
