The dissertation is devoted to the problems of operational expenditures reducing in the railway transportation of industrial enterprises in cement field. It is carried out due to operative planning improving of ingoing car traffic volume. In the dissertation are analyzed the material field, theoretical and practical methods of transport work planning. Also the most powerful factors of the carriage processing financial activities are revealed. The dependence between the carriage technological operation parameters and its value are formalized as the target function of the problem. It is fulfilled by the directed surplus method. The structure of automatic informative-planning system is elaborated with the elements of making-decisions support. It is elaborated as the program product. The attention is paid to the shunting work under in condition of sorting devices absence and limited tracks resources. For the solving of exact time defining problem and for acquiring of step-by-step plan of train carriages reorganization on the algorithmic sorting methods basis the distribute method was elaborated. It is intended for the conditions of nominally sufficient and insufficient quantity of tracks with limited spaciousness.
