Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying the mechanism of influence of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) on the course of reparative processes in the skin of rats and dogs, as well as their immune system response to local and systemic administration of MSC and embryonic fibroblasts of rats. The optimal conditions of obtaining of a fraction of mononuclear cells with high proliferative activity from the bone marrow of rabbits and dogs and established. Proved the suitability of gelatinous matrix for immobilization of MSC rats and dogs. Studied the impact of allogeneic MSC on the course of recovery processes in the skin of rats and dogs after their application with therapeutic purposes after experimental formation of defect. Studied the morphological composition of blood, cytotoxic activity of lymphocytes and serum of rats after local application of cell material for the correction of reparative processes in the skin. Studied the morphological composition of blood, cytotoxic activity of lymphocytes and serum of rats after infusion of allogeneic and xenogenic MSC and allogeneice embryonic fibroblasts into the bloodstream.
