Zakharchenko N. Formation the region's strategy increasing population's employment in conditions of transformation's economy

The dissertation illuminates extension and development of theoretical and methodical bases for management and controlling of population employment process in Ukrainian regions. This work includes generalization and systematization of theoretical and methodical bases on determination of regional employment provision strategy and process of its controlling as key direction within regional strategy. Proved approaches for conceptual model development for regional strategy in the sphere of employment within public. Structure of organizational-economic provision of regional strategy mechanism to upgrade employment in the terms of transformative economics has also been stated. Methodic approach to assess strategy successfulness in employment sphere upgrade in regions, based on complex investigation paying notice to the nature of territorial indexes cooperation on employment strategy in a region by exploiting territorial indexes system that reflects regional strategy condition of employment within certain periods on different levels of its realization has been developed. Certain lines of improvement and drafts of joint complete programs of employment up-level in regions have been professed; place and role of institute of joint coordination and agreement of subject's actions for implementing employment strategy in the system of employment control within region have been grounded.
