Pustovit M. The Development of the Mechanism of Labour Potential Provision of a Region

The thesis is devoted to deepening the theoretical and methodological principles and to the elaboration of the scientific and practical recommendations for the development of the mechanism to ensure labor resource of the region according to the current management practices. The author's approach to understanding the concepts of "labour resources", "labour resource provision of a region", "mechanism of labour resource provision of a region" has been worked out. The methodical base of the estimation of labour resource provision of a region was determined. The transformations of the labour resource provision of Ukraine's regions were analysed. The author has worked out the conceptual approach to determination of the essence and creation of the structure of the mechanism of labour resource provision of the region, that will enable the adjustment of the labor resource provision, considering the character of the influence of various factors, as well as quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the workforce, contributing to their effective involvement in the economy of the region. The practical value of this research is in the elaboration of the methodical basis of the development of the mechanism of modernization of labour resource provision of a region.
