Essay

The thesis includes the physical model for description of the elastic electron-deuteron scattering in a wide kinematical region is proposed. At large momentum transfer squared the model agrees with predictions of pQCD and takes into account effects of anomalous dimension for all helicity amplitudes. In a quasirelativistic approach with the deuteron wave function for realistic nucleon-nucleon potentials it is developed a model which takes into account all diagrams of two-photon exchange in the elastic electron-deuteron scattering. Within approximation of one two photon exchange various predictions concerning behavior of form factors, structural functions and polarization observables in elastic scattering of a longitudinally polarized electron on a polarized deuteron are given for the first time. In the framework of Glauber-Sitenko multiple scattering model an effect of the Coulomb interaction in differential cross-section of deuteron disintegration on nuclear target at high energies and zero angle of proton yield is investigated. Comparisons of obtained results with experimental data are carried out and predictions for future experiments are done.
