The thesis is dedicated to the solution of a scientific task concerning working out of methods for analyze and assessment the efficiency of energy resources consumption, those are brought to the stage of practical use and form the basis for planning and management level of energy efficiency and energy saving in steel mills. Evaluation of the stability of models of optimal energy use in case of uncertainty in the information offered on the basis of dual assessments that allows for adequate planning of energy, taking into account environmental requirements.
