Essay

The agroecological impacts of utilizing the agricultural chemicals Biopolicide, Phosphoenteryn, and Ecotone on growing cucumbers (Cucumis sativus L.) were studied in this thesis. Crop-protective and growth-stimulating properties of these chemical compounds were explored. Their influence on epiphytic mycoflora of cucumber seeds and soil biological activity in rhizosphere were studied. It was found that Ecotone increases the plant growth and inhibits the epiphytic mycoflora when concentration of its active fraction was between 0,1 and 0,5%. Seed treatment with Biopolicide and Phosphoenteryn reduces quantity of micromycetes in 49% and increases the germination in 32%. We discovered significant reduction of F. оxysporum quantity of rhizosphere caused by associative interactions between plant and bioagents of studied agricultural chemicals. The utilization of Ecoton reduced the quantity of rhizosphere micromycetes in 28%, Biopolicide - in 62 and combined with Phosphoenteryn - in 52%. The combination Biopolicide + Phosphoenteryn significantly increases soil antifungal activity in rhizosphere of cucumber. Biological effectiveness of these activities is more than 50%. According to the average results for 2008-2010, seed treatment with Ecotone increased the yield of cucumber in 13,4 %, Biopolicide - in 17,9 and combined with Fosfoenteryn - in 18,4%.
