Essay

The thesis is devoted to decision of an actual problem of increase of production precision of globoid teeth wheels obtained by means of improved scheme of their shape formation with simultaneous decrease of their cost. At this a basic instrument surface, conjugated with teeth surfaces of wheels being treated, has been determined. Major geometric and kinematic parameters of produced globoid teeth wheels are as follows: relative sliding speed; total speed of contacting surfaces displacement; angle between vector of relative speed and direction of contact lines; transformed curvature of contacting surfaces; specific slides at the instrument tooth and teeth wheel being treated; the length of contact line. Analysis of these parameters allowed to increase precision of globoid teeth wheel due to perfection of their shape formation scheme. Estimation of precision of globoid teeth wheels treatment by the suggested method of shape formation has been investigated in comparison with existing shape formation schemes. It was proved that globoid teeth wheels obtained by the suggested method have linear character of teeth contact at any gear ratio in teeth gearing.
