Essay

Paper deals with the laws of formation in iron-based alloys inclusions, which act as a solid lubricant, and the creation on this basis, a new class of materials for. According to the research developed flux-cored wires PP-Np-50H9S3G, PP-Np-20H5M2SGF (PP-AN209), containing sulfur, for surfacing, operated at metal to metal at room and elevated temperatures, and the flux-cored wire PP-Np-150S2YU (PP-AN206) for the restoration and strengthening of parts and tools, operating at moderate temperatures. It is shown that at lower volume content of sulphide or graphite inclusions, they can not significantly influence the tribotehnichni weld metal, and for large - despite the fact that the coefficient of friction weld metal is low, decreasing its durability, as these inclusions have a small hardness and can not have a strong resistance to wear.
