Essay

The object of investigation - a set of dynamic processes that occur in motor-driven centrifugal pumping units in the oil and gas industry; the goal of this research is an improving the operation efficiency of motor-driven centrifugal pump units through analysis and implementation of energy optimal dynamic operation modes via the developed computer-oriented Bond Graph models; a systematic approach method, an object-oriented simulation in Bond Graph, a method of rational planning of the experiment and mathematical statistics were used; theoretical results - for the first time a complex graph-energy model of the motor-driven centrifugal pump unit was synthesized, which makes it possible to study pump unit's dynamic operation modes with taking into account the effects of magnetic core saturation and current skin effect in the rotor engine, viscosity of the fluid in the pump and subsystems elements' mutual influence of different physical nature, which allows to find the conditions for its effective functioning in the structure of electrical systems of oil and gas industry; an object-oriented method of Bond Graph simulation is improved by extending its library of standard elements with two-port inductance and with new functional connection module between rotating and fixed coordinate systems, what respectively allowed to represent inductive coupling between the stator and a rotor of the induction motor and to simulate of rotating elements of motor-driven pumping units; the method of electro-hydraulic analogy for modeling dynamic operation modes of hydro-mechanical power converters gained was developed, allowing us to apply the general concept of the Bond Graph method for the study of motor-driven hydraulic machines; practical results - was developed the technique of forecasting regime and energy parameters of pipelines' motor-driven centrifugal pump units using Bond Graph models that accelerates the study process of dynamic operation modes of the whole object and allows to find the conditions of its maximum efficiency functioning. Degree of implementation - the results introduced in the branch "Main Oil Pipelines" Druzhba" PJSC "Ukrtransnafta", in the educational process at the department " Electrical power supply and electrical equipment " of Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, and were used for the preparation of scientific reports of the state budget research. Area (industry) of use - oil and gas.
