Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to increasing the efficiency of process facilities food industry through the using of multivariable regulators and structures that provide invariance under perturbation, compensation delays, cross-links and integral saturation. Proposed structure of the SAR for adaptive control. It is shown that in addition to the traditional criteria for assessing the quality of the operation of automation systems is advisable to use a function of loss that could better characterizes the performance of the processing facility. Analyzed contemporary approaches for the optimization of the controller parameters, developed a system of diagnosis and considering predicting of the damage or malfunction to the processing facility using Shewhart control charts and analytical identification. Formed by a set of criteria for class technological facilities, which allows to choose the right control algorithm and the structure of SAR. Developed recommendations for a control algorithm according to the characteristics of the object and the quality requirements for SAR.
