Koltunovych O. The intellectual ensuring of the innovative processes in the region

The object is the intellectual process of innovation processes in the region. The study used the following research methods: dialectical and retrospective, comparison and synthesis, structural, factor and economic and statistical analysis of economic-mathematical modeling and correlation-regression analysis, abstract logical generalization and strategic analysis, graphical methods. The thesis conceptual and methodological positions concerning the formation and development of intellectual innovation processes in the region, the main core of which should be wired, including regional universities to finance intellectual resources, generation, knowledge transfer between actors socio-economic system institutional framework of innovation policy. It was insulated by Volyn state regional administration, Volyn council region, Lutsk state district administration, Lutsk council district, Volyn regional center for investment and development, Lutsk national technical university. The branches of inculcated are development of the productive forces and the regional economy.
