Shevchenko O. The system of education facilities energy assessment

The thesis is devoted to the development of methodological aspects, methods and models of energy assessment of education facilities taking into account the effects of weather conditions and aggregate of actual operating conditions. A conceptual model of energy consumption and energy saving management that involves the allocation of the three management levels: industrial - regional - local has been offered in education. For detailed problems control certain models are offered at each selected level. In particular, the education facilities energy efficiency assessment model has been developed based on the principles of European standards, a model of specific energy consumption indicators definition at departments of higher educational establishments has been offered; there has also been proposed the construction of standard building model, which can be used in the development of energy efficiency scales; based on the model of the thermal condition of the premises there have been provided recommendations for conducting the enhanced buildings energy audit.
