Essay

In dissertation reasonable necessity of complex consideration of questions of increase of exactness and productivity of the bi-channel system of measuring of geometrical sizes of CMM. In research the bi-channel method of the co-ordinate measuring is worked out for CMM. The brought model over of bi-channel of CMM and a measuring process is described at the use of the offered method. The offered model is analysed on basic parameters: the productivity and exactness. In dissertation work the offered and well-proven analytical dependences, that set intercommunication between the size of aerostatics gap, pressure of gas and loading and the worked out original model of support with the gas greasing. The conducted complex of experiments showed that the use of the offered model of support allowed to promote inflexibility of construction of the bi-channel system of measuring of geometrical sizes of CMM and her exactness. In research influences of destabilizing factors are analysed on work bi-channel of CMM. The optimum terms of work of machine are described necessary for the leadthrough of the exact measurings. And also it is certain that stability of speed of moving of slide-block is the function of frequency of the excited vibrations and little depends on the parameters of the system.
