There are to defence methods of control of reliability of equipment of computer networks, method of choice of procedures of questioning of knots and analysis of the state of the controlled network, search of disrepairs in a network. Comparative efficiency of evaluation of the state on control of dynamic descriptions is analysed, on an informative criterion the method of optimum set of signs is developed for the estimation of the state on the criterion of "efficiency/cost". Research of characteristic properties of processes of origin of refuses, which must be taken into account at the choice of parameters and structure of the checking of reliability of computer system, is conducted. The structure of code of inquiry is offered and necessary periodicity of questioning is grounded with the effective use of communication channel.
