The object our research is upland and aquatic epichorial biogeocenosis in range of Burshtyn thermal power station impact. The purpose is to give ecological evaluation of the amount of abiotic and biotic components in upland and aquatic epichorial biogeocenosis under conditions of anthropogenic impact of Burshtyn thermal power station. Methods used in research are: geobiotic, hylile (forest), chemical-analytical, physiological-biochemical. The paper investigates the peculiarities of regional and seasonal dynamics in ecotypes of pollutants as well as their concentration regularities in above-ground and underground plant organs and leaf-litter. The analysis of the dynamics of physiochemical parameters (redox potential and pH) and anionic make-up of edaphic and aquatic environments, was made. Spatial inhomogeneity of polluted areas by heavy metals caused by Burshtyn thermal power station activities is presented in this work. The heterogeneous zones according to the degree of their pollution caused by Burshtyn thermal power station have been outlined. As a result it demands differential approach to procreation and usage of localized areas within the premises of Burshtyn thermal power station. Sphere - biomonitoring, educational process.
