The object - toxic damage of female rats by acetaminophen against prolonged administration of estrogens and progestins before and after correction by Thiotriazolinum. The purpose of this investigation was to establish the features of oxidation processes in female rats in conditions of experimental acetaminophen toxicity against prolonged administration of estrogens and progestins, and the justification of a possibilities correction of lesions by means of Thiotriazolinum. Methods - biochemical (spectrophotometric, colorimetric, spectrofluorimetric), histological, statistics (the method of variation statistics using the Student t-test). Novelty - First it was investigated the features of oxidation processes in rats with acetaminophen toxic damage against prolonged administration of estrogens and progestins. Acute poisoning of acetaminophen after a 40 - day administration of ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel, accompanied by more significant changes in the intensity of microsomal oxidation, energy, higher intensity of lipid peroxidation and depletion of enzymatic and non-enzymatic components of antioxidant system, the disintegration of the cellular and subcellular membranes than single administration of acetaminophen the same dose. The positive results have been achieved in all animals at the administration of acetaminophen in toxic dose against the 40 - day application of estrogens and progestins due to Thiotriazolinum.
