For achievement of the put purpose the method of by volume oscillation treatment of details, which consists in the directed technological influence on the working surfaces of detail due to the management of work of the oscillation setting the modes was worked out. On the basis of theoretical and experimental researches of influence the process of oscillation abrasive treatment new devices are worked out for oscillation abrasive treatment of details, system of vibroexcitation of the oscillation setting and executive mechanism of vibrosetting, and also efficiency of new method of treatment the details of type is reasonable "axis".
