Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigations of electrophysical and magnetoresistive properties of nanocarbon materials containing carbon nanotubes. Theoretical calculations electrical resistance have been made within the limits of model of additive contributions of effective resistances with different temperature depedences of resistance. The experimental curves magneto-resistance obtained are adequately described in terms of both the effect of compression of wave function of localized state in magnetic field and the spin-polarized mechanism.
